All products are handmade by me in a small apartment. Some Products may have some imperfections (slightly off centered label, wax discoloration, not perfect tops, or packaging) No imperfections will impact the quality of the product. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS:
If you are unsatisfied, in order to receive a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition.
Damaged or defective candles in shipping can be replaced, please include images of damaged goods in email.
Will Not accept any returns of candles that have been lit.
If there's issues with the burning of the candles, please see candle care or reach out for guidance on fixing issues. Any other issues occur please reach out via email.
RETURNS:
To return an item, please email litbyhristina@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its packaging & mail your return to the following address:
